Episode 26
Face to face with her own death, Kösem dodges
the attack at the last minute. When she returns to the palace for revenge, she
is in great shock. Halime banishes Kösem to the Maiden Tower with charges of
kidnapping Osman. As Kösem tries to prove her innocence, she is betrayed by
someone she trusts very much.
Meanwhile, Sultan Mustafa orders for Prince
Osman to be executed for trying to flee. Cornered by all the officers and the
janissary of the empire, it won’t be an easy task for Halime to massacre all
the princes.
Kösem takes action to dethrone Mustafa for fear
that Halime will harm her children. Preparing to greet his people for the first
time, Mustafa is given a new medicine. His fear of crowds make Mustafa do
shocking things.
Kösem plans for a ‘coup’ to throne Prince Osman
but Halime is prepared. As Kösem struggles to get back on her feet, the
executioners are already on their way to kill the princes...
