Turkish
Electro Technology Exporters’ Association (TET) organized an award ceremony to
‘promote high value-added exportation’ and celebrate the publications that
earned the most foreign export revenue until the end of 2015 at the Hyatt
Regency Hotel Ataköy on 15th of April, last Friday.
Black
Money Love, Black Rose and Fatmagul were also awarded for their ‘cultural
services’ to the country as record-breaking exports. Lead actors, producers and
distributors were all presented with their awards at the ceremony. Toplining
Tuba Büyüküstün and Engin Akyürek; Black Money Love won the most exported
television series in 2015. Produced by Ay Yapım, the series aired on ATV and
was distributed by ITV-Intermedya.
The
third show to be awarded for their cultural service and its export value was
Fatmagul. The series became a hit both in Turkey and in the world, especially
in the Middle East. Awarded as the third most-exported Turkish series, Fatmagul
was produced by Ay Yapım, distributed by Kanal D and starred Beren Saat and
Engin Akyürek.

2015 Export Awards honored Aytül Akal for becoming the most published author
abroad. TET also honored Coca Cola Co. CEO Ahmet Muhtar Kent with “Turkey Human
Resource Special Award” at the ceremony for being a talent raised in Turkey and
representing Turkey in the global business world successfully.
In
the Cultural Services field, there was a total of $200 million worth of export
in the year 2015. The industry aims for a potential of $750 million by the year
2023.
