We have already announced the first information and crew list about the new movie Ekşi Elmalar that Yılmaz Erdoğan has written essentially based on his own life and he will be the director of it.  

He will be shooting the movie soon in which Farah Zeynep Abdullah (Muazzez), Fatih Artman, Ersin Korkut and Devrim Yakut star. Other two female actresses of the story which will be structured around the three aunts of Yılmaz Erdoğan, Muazzez, Safiye and Türkan, have been cast. Songül Öden (Türkan) and Şükran Ovalı (Safiye) have joined the cast and so, the female stars of the movie have been chosen.

Yılmaz Erdoğan will play the Reis character in the movie.
