But the offer is a double-edged sword. If he submits he will have betrayed the mafia. If he doesn’t he will spend the rest of his life in prison. The big boss Ünal Kaplan realizes that the government is offering his throne to Hızır Çakırbeyli and weaves a net of lies and betrayal around him.

Hızır Çakırbeyli’s personal life is similarly unstable. Çakır’s wife Meryem discovers that his  mistress Nazlı the architect is pregnant and she is determined to prevent that child from being born. However Çakır wants to have more than two kids.
