Filming of the much discussed series “Muhteşem Yüzyıl Kösem” by TİMS Production begins this week.

The preparations for the series directed by Zeynep Günay Tan and scripted by Yılmaz Şahin have been going on for two years and casting took over four months. We announced earlier that Mete Horozoğlu, Berk Cankat and Ekin Koç joined the series’ cast.

Until now the only officially confirmed actor was Hülya Avşar as Safiye Sultan. And now Kadir Doğulu joined the main cast.
