Elvan is in the hospital. Her condition is critical. Ejder never leaves the side of the woman who risked her own life to save him. This gets Elvan’s hopes up after she wakes up. Did Ejder’s feelings towards her change? Did he finally understand what she means to him? What about Nağme? While Ejder is busy taking care of Elvan, Şefika’s teas take their effect. Nağme falls ill but Ejder is nowhere to be found. Ejder’s decisions and actions cause Nağme and Elvan to question their love and lead them to different paths.
